Disposal Detail
Sailed from Rangoon on 18/04/1947 for Tavoy and due to arrive the following day. However she ran into a South Westerly gale and was never seen again. It was presumed she had struck one of the many mines still around from WW2 and sank before any distress signal could be sent. Her entire complement of 205 passengers and 64 crew were lost.
Last report by radio was from 13.13N - 97.36E.
