07/12/1846 Caledonian Mercury. "Holy Island, Nov 30 - The brig Delight, Willian Fenwick master, left Grangemouth yesterday morning bound to Newcastle in ballast, and came on shore on False Emanuel Head between two and three o'clock this morning. She came so high up on the rocks that the crew walked dry on shore. She has since become a total wreck. |
