Disposal Detail
In collision with ketch EGREMONT (Goole for Exeter with coal) 6 miles east by north of Lowestoft. Sailing ship sank soon after collision. SPEEDWELL IV rescued 3 of the 4 crew from EGREMONT. EMULATOR (Banff) rescued both crews before SPEEDWELL IV also sank.
Mate of EGREMONT lost.
