Disposal Detail
Collided with fishing smack SILVERY WAVE about 200 miles east of Spurn Head. ECLIPSE was holed in the engine room and sank. Crew rescued. Owners subsequently took owners of SILVERY WAVE to court but judgement found in favour of SILVERY WAVE.
