1885 Accident 20/06/1885 - Sailed from West India Docks, London on 11/04/1885 for Wellington, New Zealand with 1890 tons general cargo and 22 hands. On 20/06/1885 in position 42.00 South x 61.00 East swept by an exceptionally heavy sea which filled her decks and washed six crew overboard. Bosun, 3 ABs 1 OS and 1 Apprentice. All lost.
