Hull built as subcontract for Smith & Hutton (Boatbuilders) Ltd, Anstruther, their Yard No 148, ordered 12/09/1973. Smith & Hutton went into administration 11/04/1975 and yard was closed before the vessel could be completed. After a period laid up the vessel was completed by J & G Forbes Ltd, Sandhaven.
