| 28.5.1942: Whilst on a voyage from New Orleans via Table Bay to India was sunk with a torpedo by the German submarine U 106 in a position 24.11N., 87.20W., off Key West, Florida. The survivors were rescued three days later by ANTILOCHUS. |
